Eligibility for Returns

Mattresses, cushions, or upholstered items once used

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos/videos of the damage along with your order details.

Upon verification, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.
Return Process

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Delivery, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable.
Pickup & Shipping

If self-shipping is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and may incur pickup or handling fees.
