Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or made-to-order furniture

  • Items purchased on clearance or special sale

  • Mattresses, cushions, or upholstered items once used

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the damage along with your order details.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the issue.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support with your order details.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Delivery, installation, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Pickup & Shipping

  • Return pickup availability depends on your location.

  • If self-shipping is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any charges.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and may incur pickup or handling fees.
